AGICO uses specialized equipment to manufacture wastewater tanks. Using specialized bending and seaming equipment, the tanks are exceptionally airtight. Utilizing advanced technology and equipment, we can achieve a forming speed of 3-5 meters per minute, allowing a 1,000-ton wastewater tank to be completed in 5-7 days. We use a double-layer bending method, bending and forming two different sheet materials simultaneously, significantly reducing the cost of storing highly corrosive materials in the chemical industry.

Thanks to the well-trained and experienced team members, the construction period is short. The wastewater tank is constructed on-site, and the silo roof can be installed on the ground. The entire on-site construction process is short.

During the rolling process, a 30mm-40mm spiral rib is cut into the silo wall, which is five times thicker than the material. This helps increase the tank's load-bearing capacity, making steel water tanks superior to other tanks in overall strength, stability, and earthquake resistance.
