Its main frame is made from 6063 thickened virgin aluminum alloy profiles with an upgraded wall thickness. An electrostatic spraying process is used to provide resistance to ultraviolet rays, acids, alkalis and rainwater. The pergola features a double-layer insulated roof. The upper layer is a waterproof and sun-resistant aluminum plate, while the lower layer is a sound-insulating and heat-insulating board. A hollow interlayer helps isolate high temperatures, and the edges use an integrated crimping design to avoid water-leakage gaps. The listed supporting accessories include a rain-proof motor, a light strip and a waterproof groove cover plate.
Its design supports adjustable light, ventilation and drainage. Factory pre-cutting is provided, together with installation drawings and video guidance.
